When you work with Refining Workflow, we are dedicated to your project on a daily basis providing weekly check-ins and recaps. Our attention to detail is key in every aspect of the day to day management of a project. We are able to communicate both to the team members, the executive sponsors and interested stakeholders.
Janel Kinlaw, Manager
Janel received her BS in Information Systems from Susquehanna University in 2000. She worked for a consulting company programming and analyzing healthcare benefit rules for multiple clients.
Janel received her MLS from Drexel University in December 2005.
Janel has been a Certified ScrumMaster since 2014 and has lead projects to completion by focusing on the daily tasks as well as the big picture.
In 2018, Janel started Refining Workflow LLC to provide project management and business analysis to her clients, leveraging her past experiences leading cross-team projects at NPR and North Carolina Biotechnology Center.
